Shipping policy

We TYPICALLY process the products within 2-3 days. The actual shipping times and costs vary depending on the weight and location, as well as what you are buying. It can take anywhere between 3-12 business days once shipped. There may be situations where orders cannot be processed within the 2-3 days but we are working on figuring out how to handle those rare occurrences. Does it look like we have our shirt together? Not really. So please be patient with us!

At this time, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs but depending on the situation, return shipping might be unnecessary.

For local returns around HRM in Nova Scotia, the customer can contact us and we will figure out a meeting time/place, unless they prefer to ship the item back themselves.
